SUMMARY:

This position is a temporary training position for a Planner that will be responsible for assisting Development in the District II Economic Development Meetings and Summit follow up. The position will be for a maximum of six months.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•  Research tribal, non-profit, and university resources that can be used to educate the committee members and coordinate Summit related post week.

•  Responsible for identifying, contacting and evaluating individuals and organizations for their effectiveness in delivering the information needed for the community to make a decision.

•  Troubleshoot problems and logistics that may have arisen during the Summit .

•  Collect and analyze data in conjunction with senior staff regarding the Summit .

•  Participate in the development of business plans for those businesses that the community has chosen at the Economic Summit.

•  Provide assistance for the initial implementation stage of the chosen business plans.

•  Provide general assistance to include but not limited to locating properties offered for sale and do the initial review on small investments that are forwarded to the Corporate Commission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Four year degree or equivalent years of planning/business experience.

•  Minimum two years experience in an administrative function.

•  Must be fluent in Excel, Word, and presentation software, i.e., Power Point, etc.

•  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•  Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group situations, and to moderate-sized gatherings of associates, executives and/or community leaders.

•  Must be able to pass company pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

•  Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.

  • Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Subway Store, ensuring, but not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for weekly inventory, nightly and monthly paperwork on the night shift.

SUMMARY: Responsible for performing various Massage and Body Care services and providing top quality guest service in a professional manner . Must possess excellent communication skills and provide appropriate product and service knowledge and solutions that meet the needs of our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•  Provide massage services including but not limited to; body massages, body wraps and body scrubs in 30, 45 and 90 minute sessions.

•  Receive guests promptly on time for their service in a courteous and polite manner and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.

•  Provide excellent guest service at all times; well groomed, personable, conversational, and accommodating with meticulous service to each guest in order to establish repeat business. Incorporate respect, sensitivity, and confidentiality for guest needs in a positive, professional and pleasant manner.

•  Able to quickly determine the amount of time a guest wants to discuss their choices and type of lifestyle they have, in order to provide product and service recommendations appropriately.
