Shrimp Sacchetti
Bundles of egg pasta stuffed with Ricotta, Mozzarella, aged-Parmesan and imported Pecorino Romano cheese. Then we toss it with a house-made saffron tomato sauce and finish with garlic shrimp and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Pork Tenderloin
Minnesota grown Duroc pork tenderloin, sautéed and finished with a blackberry demi-glaze
and a drizzle of horseradish cream. Accompanied by organic-roasted fingerling potatoes.
Bone-in Pork Chop
Minnesota grown Duroc pork rack, layered with Dijon mustard, and gently rolled in Panko breadcrumbs and seared. Finished with a rosemary cream sauce.
Organic Herb Chicken
Natural raised half-chicken, stuffed with Boursin cheese, seasoned with fresh herbs, and baked to golden brown. Served over tomato Ragu with organic herb-roasted fingerling potatoes.
Ribeye Steak
Choice 18-ounce ribeye, seasoned with Woodlands' rub, and charbroiled to your taste. Topped with Woodlands' mushrooms.
